How do you pronounce ‘Ksoni’?
You pronounce it as ‘kiss-oh-nee’. Ksoni is a Sanskrit word meaning “Earth”!
What does your logo represent?
Our logo represents the circular economy; the continuous and sustainable cycle of our products and materials.
Where did the idea behind launching Ksoni come from?
Founders Joti and Banasa wanted to reduce their plastic footprint but as women of colour, found that the natural products didn’t always solve the issues that a diverse range of hair types presented. Ksoni’s natural bathroom care range was born from their personal desire to enjoy the best of both worlds and ensure an eco-conscious lifestyle is accessible to all. Click here to discover more.

We are a pending B-Corporation, meaning we balance purpose and profit at the core of our business decisions, ensuring our business considers our employees, customers, suppliers, community and the environment. Our products are cruelty-free, therefore not tested on animals at any point of our supply chain.

Why did you choose aluminium?
Ksoni’s aluminium can format provides the best alternative to plastic to instigate change, enabling consumers to easily embrace the circular economy by re-using materials and keeping them out of landfills. Infinitely recyclable, the can solution fits seamlessly within the current infrastructure and is back on the shelves within six weeks. Learn more about our packaging here.
How long will my products last?
Approximately 4-6 weeks if used regularly, however this may vary individually depending on personal preference. Our products have a shelf life of twelve months.
What is the Ksoni Cap made out of?
Made out of polylactic acid (PLA), a cornstarch-based material, our Ksoni cap is reusable, biodegradable and 100% plastic-free.
Are your products dermatologically tested?
Our products are made out of all natural ingredients and essential oils, making them suitable for sensitive skin. A full ingredients list is provided on our website or individually at the back of each product. For specific allergies and conditions, make sure you consult your doctor before purchasing or contact us here.
Do your products contain SLS, sulphates or parabens?
Our products are made out of natural ingredients so they are SLS, sulphate-free and paraben-free!

Our products are lovingly made, packed and shipped in the UK.

What makes Ksoni’s formulations different from other brands?
Our mission is to provide bathroom products with natural ingredients and essential oils that are suitable for a wide variety of hair and skin types. The essential oils are a focal ingredient in our formulations due to their countless benefits for our skin and hair... plus, they smell divine! Do you offer samples or bulk quantities?

SHIPPING & DELIVERY
Do you ship worldwide? How much does it cost?
Yes, we do! We offer free shipping on all UK orders, and free shipping on all international orders above £40. For international orders below £40, shipping will be charged at checkout once you’ve entered your address and may vary depending on your geography.
How long will my product take to arrive?
UK orders will take 1-3 business days once shipped and 5-7 business days for international orders. Once your order is shipped you will receive an email confirmation with information such as your tracking number and estimated date of delivery.

I would like to include a message. Do you include gift notes?
Of course you can! You can make special requests when placing your order or contact us with your order number and the message you would like to include in your package and we will be happy to include a custom gift note for you.
Which payment methods can I use to make my purchase?
We accept all major credit and debit card providers from Visa, Mastercard, Maestro to American Express. External providers such as PayPal, Amazon Pay, Apple Pay and Google Pay are also available.
How do I check the status of my order?
All our orders are tracked. Once you’ve placed your order with us, you will be sent a confirmation email with your tracking number and delivery provider so you can track your order from the moment it leaves our warehouse to when it arrives at your doorstep.
My product arrived damaged or with missing items. What should I do?
Sorry to hear! If your product arrives damaged or with missing items, simply contact us and we will replace your damaged items or send your missing items free of charge. If you could attach images for our reference we would really appreciate that!
Are your items eligible for return or exchange?
In the unlikely event that our products do not meet your expectations for any reason, feel free to contact us and we can arrange a return or exchange within 30 days of your purchase.
